Itinerary

Day 1
4 PM - Check-in
5 PM - Welcome Gathering, smudge and sharing circle
6 - 8 PM - Drumming The Heartbeat with Pamela
8 PM - Free time
10 PM - Private Sound Bath while floating in the mineral pools

Day 2
8:30 - 11 AM - Spa - Spa Treatment 30 mins each will include a facial and cedar, pine or sage essential oil and swim
11 AM - Breakfast
11:30 - 1:30 PM - Medicine Pouch Design with Delree
1 PM - Lunch
2 PM - Forage with Alex
3 - 5 PM - Bead Work with Alex
5 - 7 PM - Dinner

Pamela enjoys guiding others on transformational journeys through mindfulness, movement, and rhythm-using drumming as a sacred tool for healing, connection, and energetic release.

She offers a grounded, heart-centered space where you're invited to reflect, realign, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Alex Ibbotson

Alex Ibbotson

Alex blends traditional Métis beadwork with land-based education, often drawing inspiration from local plants on her nature walks. Her intricate designs honour family stories and ancestral teachings, and she shares her knowledge through workshops, coaching, and cultural consulting.

Delreé Dumont

Delreé Dumont

Delreé, known as Wâpiski Kihéw Esquao (White Eagle Woman), is a renowned pointillism artist from Onion Lake Cree Nation. Her intricate works depict wildlife and Western Canadian landscapes, celebrating and preserving Indigenous culture. Delreé is devoted to sharing her culture, inspiring others, and leaving a legacy of creativity and resilience.

Together, we will guide you through a series of workshops, therapeutic sessions, and meditative practices designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Join us for this extraordinary journey to reset and reconnect at the Sacred Springs Retreat.
